Inquiry regarding 2 slotted reward?

Is it possible or Can you get 2 slotted additional melee book in the quest reward?

quest rewards usually follow the same principles as NPC crafting, meaning that only 1 slot may be unlocked randomly.

the exeption are items that are guaranteed 1 slot as part of their base stats. those can have 2 slots when the occasional extra slot is unlocked, although the chance is very low since slot probabilities stack multiplicatively.
