asking since i cant find a satisfying answer does powerwave affect skill range? does it impact on the damage?

Power Wave only extends the range of auto-attacks and has no effect on skills.
also, the effect is disabled while Rampage is active.

the damage reduction/bonus only applies to Power Wave itself, when it activates. attacking within your weapon's attack range will ignore Power Wave's damage modifier.

Power Wave does work together with Shukuchi, under the condition that you initiate an auto-attack outside of Power Wave's attack range. the damage modifiers of both skills apply.
