Anyone still use LUK mage for farm??

Hi! So, I remember when the game was still newer, LUK mages were a huge thing. I've built one up and it's honestly pretty strong.

But, some people have told me it's an outdated build and STR mages are better for farming??? I feel they could definitely be way stronger with higher CRT, but I'm not necessarily worried about strength as long as I can farm well.

What are your thoughts and opinions on still using LUK mages for farming specifically?

STR mages have higher critical damage, but rely on large amounts of crit rate to access it. especially MD mains since they don't get the critical bonus to neutral magic that staff users get.
Qadal is also staff exclusive and has a 3min cooldown.

for the purpose of farming, critical damage is irrelevant. you can power up your elemental damage with Overlimit.
if Storm is still too weak, consider Blast.
